At NUTRINS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food or beverage products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
