We want your NUTRINS order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Express Shipping 1–2 business days

Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying threshold. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at nutrins.canada@gmail.com within 5 business days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
