What are NUTRINS freeze-dried fruit tea cubes?

Our freeze-dried fruit tea cubes are portable, instant-dissolving cubes made from real fruit and tea — no preservatives, no artificial additives. Just drop one into hot or cold water and enjoy a clean, flavourful drink anywhere.

Are your products free from preservatives and artificial ingredients?

Yes. All NUTRINS products are made with clean-label ingredients — no preservatives, no artificial colours, and no artificial flavours.

How do I use the fruit tea cubes?

Simply drop one cube into 200–250ml of hot or cold water and stir until dissolved. Adjust the amount of water to your taste preference.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our freeze-dried products have a shelf life of up to 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the best-before date on the packaging.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, our fruit tea cubes are vegan-friendly. Please check individual product pages for full ingredient lists and allergen information.

Do you carry products from other brands?

Yes! Beyond our own NUTRINS line, we carefully curate products from other brands that we genuinely love and use in our own daily routines. Every item we carry has been personally tested and selected for its quality, clean ingredients, and alignment with our wellness values.

How do you choose which brands and products to carry?

We have a simple rule: if we wouldn't use it ourselves, it doesn't make it onto our shelves. We look for brands that share our commitment to clean-label ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and real functional benefits. Each product goes through our own personal vetting process before it's offered to our community.

Are the curated products held to the same standards as NUTRINS products?

Absolutely. Whether it's our own product or one we've sourced from another brand, the bar is the same —  no compromises on quality. We only bring in products we're proud to recommend.

Will the curated product selection change over time?

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping within Canada takes 5–8 business days. Expedited and express options are available at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Canada, but please check back as we grow! See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at nutrins.canada@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at nutrins.canada@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
